Man shot and killed in Elizabeth Estates.

On December 20th 2013

Mr. Pennerman was standing outside his house on Malaysia way Elizabeth Estates shortly before 11;50pm
when a man on motorbike pull up and shot him multiple times he succumbed to his injuries.
