Murder count stands at #21



Police in Grand Bahama are reporting that the 21 year old male of Holmes Rock, Grand Bahama, who was shot by a lone gunman on Thursday 19th February 2015 has died.
The victim was airlifted to New Providence to the Princess Margaret Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday 21st February 2015

He has been identified as  Mr.  Neely.

Murder #19 and #20

Murder count now stands at #20

Police are asking for the public’s help, as they search for two suspects in connection with a shooting incident that has left two males dead and two other males in hospital late Monday 16th February 2015.
Preliminary reports indicate that shortly after 8:00pm, several males were standing in front of a store located on Plantol Street, when two men in a silver vehicle pulled up.
One of the men got out of the vehicle and a fired several shots at the males. Two of the males succumbed from injuries received at the scene and two others were transported to hospital, where one of them remains in critical condition and the other in stable condition.
both men have been identified one is Lannardo Johnson and the other is Henry.

Murder #17 occurred on Thursday February 12th 2015

A MAN was found shot dead in a car on Dudley Lane, off Farrington Road, on Thursday night and police are requesting the public’s help in solving the country’s latest murder.

According to reports, shortly after 10pm, police were on patrol when they heard the sounds of gunshots in the Farrington Road area. Officers found the lifeless body of a male in a green Buick vehicle parked on Dudley Lane with gunshot wounds to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say they have launched a "very intense" investigation into the incident.

He has identified the man who was killed as Valentine larrimore.

Murder #16 occurred Sunday February 8th 2015


Grandmother shot dead and cars in driveways torched in what was a morning nightmare for a Yellow Elder Family!
Another family in the Yellow Elder Community is mourning a loss today after three cars were torched, and home sprayed with bullets killing the grandmother inside.
The incident unfolded around 4am this morning leaving a community shaken and a family in tears.

She has identified that 65-year-old grandmother, Marinette Leadon, from Cargill Creek Andros, who was gunned down this morning at her home on Celery Drive Yellow Elder.

Murder #14 and 15 recorded in The Capital

Around 9:30pm, on Friday 6th February 2015, a man was driving along Tyler Street in a vehicle, when the occupants in another vehicle attempted to stop him. The man refused to stop and sped off unto Rosalind Street, where the occupants of the other vehicle caught up with him and shot him multiple times about the body before speeding off. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.



In the third incident shortly after 9:30pm, a man was standing in front of his home located at Cascarilla Street, Pinewood Gardens along with a few other men, when a silver Nissan Primera vehicle pulled up. Two men exited the vehicle and began discharging shots in his direction, the victim attempted to run away, but he was chased by the two men who shot him multiple times about the body before speeding off in their vehicle.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been Identified as Jade Clarke.

Police on Grand Bahama are investigating an early morning fatal stabbing incident. According to reports at approximately 5:00am on Saturday 31st January 2015 police received calls of a domestic dispute between family members at a residence located in the Hawksbill area, Freeport, Grand Bahama, which had escalated and an individual was injured. 

Police and EMS personnel were dispatched to the home to investigate where they discovered the lifeless body of a black male lying on the floor in a bedroom suffering from an apparent stab wound to the body. He was pronounced dead on the scene. 

A 30 year old American male, a relative to the deceased is currently in police custody assisting police with this matter. An active police investigation is ongoing into this latest incident.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have information about this incident. You may call 911, 919, or 350-3106, 350-3107 or your nearest police station.

Fox Hill has another deadly shooting…POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN SHOOTING DEATH
Nassau, Bahamas -- After months of quietness and peace Fox Hill has another deadly shooting incident.
Police tell us they are seeking the public’s help in solving a shooting incident that has left a man dead on Sunday evening.
According to reports, around 6:30pm, a man was sitting in a Honda vehicle at Blueberry Hill Road, Fox Hill, when he was shot several times about the body. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hawksbill, GB -- BREAKING NEWS coming out of the Grand Bahama community this morning is reporting a fatal stabbing incident of an elderly man by a believed to be mentally ill patient.
BP agents now on the ground in the Bimini Place area of Hawksbill Grand Bahama tell us the unstable young man was a relative of the old man.
While details are sketchy, we can tell you the suspect is now in custody and is believe to have been mentally challenged at the time of the incident.
